a Mystery...

Yesterday I was shopping in this little antique shop in my town and I always look at the vintage jewelry to see if there is anything i would like, and something caught my eye. It was a vintage gold and pearl locket. Very Simple and Beautiful. I opened it up and there is a very old picture of an old man inside. I saw it and had to have it! I wonder who had owned it before me, was it an older lady who had put a picture of her "love" inside of the locket? This is exactly what i pictured as i first saw the old picture. It just seemed soo precious and obviously this locket must have meant something to someone. i just love it and i wont be taking the picture out because i feel like thats where it belongs and the Mystery of the locket just intrigues me :)
